Can my purchase be returned?
   - Returns are accepted if the product has not been used or laundered.

Is there a guarantee on the products?
   - All workmanship is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have a defective product, contact Customer Relations for additional information at support@lklkreations.com.

How can I trace an order?

Will the clothing protectors fit around a tracheotomy?
   - Yes. The opening on the side is easier for the caregiver to put on the wearer than the normal back opening as the fastening is in view at all times.

Does the snag-free Velcro hold as well as traditional hook & loop tape?
   - Yes. Just press it in place. Also, the Velcro tape does not attract lint & fibers from other items in the laundry process as quickly as other types of hook and loop Velcro extending the life of the garment.

Can the sheets be made for any bed?
   - Currently queen and king sizes are not offered. As the sheets are custom made to fit individual mattress sizes, measurements are very important. Measurement instructions can be downloaded. Just fill in the blanks and submit those measurements. Pricing for the sheet currently being offered is for a 35” W. x 80”L. x 6”H.

How do I measure for the sheet?
   - Simple measuring instructions can be downloaded. Fill out the form and return to us with your order.

Can I get all my totes to coordinate?
   - Of course, color selections available are listed. Just order the same color in each style and size you would like.

Do I need to order the optional strap on the lap quilt?
   - This is a good option if the wearer has difficulty holding coverings on their lap. The strap is fastened behind the wearer so the quilt remains on the lap.
